Set your GPS to 10000 Schweitzer Mountain Road, with a stop in Rathdrum, ID. This will make it so you skip Coeur d'Alene, which WILL save you at least 30 minutes from traffic. CDA has traffic lights every couple blocks on the highway through the city, during rush hour this could result in very long delays.
